Coverage and availability
Limemint provides statutory paid family leave coverage and plan administration. In New York, PFL is issued as a rider to statutory DBL; in New Jersey, FLI is issued as a rider to statutory TDI. Coverage is subject to underwriting approval and availability varies by jurisdiction. Some states approve only self-funded private plans. Statutory benefit amounts, limits, and durations shown on this site are illustrative and may differ from the terms of an issued plan. Where a state does not permit a private plan, employees remain covered by the state program.
